At Alpine Delights, we want your Alpine Experience to arrive fresh, ready and right on time.
To ensure the best experience possible, please review our delivery conditions below
Delivery areas
We proudly deliver throughout the North Okanagan and Shuswap, including:
Armstrong; Coldstream; Enderby; Lake Country; Lumby; Salmon Arm; Spallumcheen; Vernon; SilverStar; Predator ridge
If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us.
Special arrangements may be possible depending on schedule and availability.
Order Preparation Time
Every Alpine Delights order is prepared fresh.
To ensure quality and proper timing, please place your order at least 24–48 hours in advance. Large orders or catering packages may require additional lead time.
Delivery time window
Once your order is confirmed, we will schedule your delivery within a time window, not a fixed hour.
Here’s how it works:
* Once your order is ready to be routed, you’ll receive an SMS confirmation with the delivery time frame.
* Delivery windows vary based on daily volume, location, weather, and road conditions.
* We always aim to be punctual and keep you informed.
If you have specific timing needs, please let us know at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Receiving Your Delivery
To keep your cheeses, charcuterie, and equipment safe and temperature-perfect:
Someone must be available to receive the delivery.
* If no one is present, we may wait a few minutes, but we cannot leave products unattended unless previously arranged.
* Equipment rentals will require a simple handover and quick safety reminder.
If delivery must be attempted twice due to absence, a redelivery fee may apply.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on your location and appear automatically at checkout.
Some areas may qualify for free delivery above a minimum order amount.
Weather & Mountain Deliveries
The Okanagan winters can be unpredictable!
In case of heavy snow or unsafe mountain conditions:
* Delivery times may be adjusted for safety.
* We will notify you by SMS if delays occur.
* If access becomes impossible, we will arrange an alternate time or pickup point.
Pickup Option
If you prefer, orders can be picked up at our Alpine Delights pickup point when available. Pickup times will be confirmed by SMS.
